Q3: What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

A3: It depends on the item you are interested in, MOQ will from 100-4000sqm.

Q4: How do you ensure the quality of products?

A4: Each product we made based on international standards. Meanwhile, QC will keep working during the production and/ or before loading.

Q5: What are the terms of price you can offer?

A5: EXW, FOB, CFR/ CIF, DDP, etc.

Q6: What’s your delivery time?

A6: Production will be finished within 20-30 days after receiving the deposit.
 

Q7: Do you accept OEM?

A7: Yes, that is one of our businesses. Let us know your idea.

Q8: Will you give us news for the products?

A8: Yes, if you want.

Q9: Do you accept third party inspection?

A9: Yes, SGS are acceptable for most of the customers. 

Q10: Could you supply me more items other then tiles, such as furniture, other stone products?
